All ISHK jewels are made with the highest quality materials. Each and every treasure is handmade, so you can expect subtle differences between each piece depending on stamping technique, crystals and wire wrapping. You can be assured you are truly receiving a unique treasure and that no two pieces are alike.
All made to order is personally handmade by me.
All 'ready-made' treasures are designed and overseen by me.
If you change your mind about your piece, we will happily offer you a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost .
A change of mind is only offered within 7 days of receiving your piece.
We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygienic reasons

Ishk jewels will not accept any pieces when
* your piece is not in original condition or original packaging
* it has been worn, scratched or damaged
* earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
* custom pieces and stamped initials cannot be returned
* returns will not be accepted for items returned outside of the 14 day time frame
* no afterpay refunds will be available - gift cards will be issued
* sale products cannot be refunded.
* Crystals that are damaged, broken, dropped or cracked whilst in your possession do not qualify for a refund
* A replacement crystal will be offered at a fee, postage back to ISHK must be covered by you.
Ishk jewels offers an 6 month manufacturing warranty which covers faulty clasps and faulty chain links. In the rare circumstance that a break occurs due to a manufacture fault within the first 8 months of purchase, ishk jewels will happily repair the piece free of charge.
A 3 month extended warranty is offered on all reapirs.
If damage has occurred due to wear and tear, being caught on something, stretched links due to pulling, discolouration due to a metal -skin reaction, mishandling or not caring for you piece as we recommend in our Care Guide, it will not be covered under our warranty.
Repairs can be made to most items upon assessment.
If a repair is required due to wear and tear, this will incur a repair fee which will be determined by the nature of the repair.
If you are requiring a repair due to a manufacturing fault and it is later than 6months after purchase, a fee will be charged
Please be aware you will be responsible for postage back to ISHK.
It is imperative that the repairs be returned in a safe and well packaged manner.
we cannot accept returns on crystals that have been worn , they have vibed with your energy.
We do not take responsibility for breakages in transit due to incorrect packaging being used
Please also note that a once piece has been hand-stamped, it cannot be changed or amended.
Our repair fees START at $20 and upon assessment can be more depending on the nature of the repair
We do our best to inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure they are in pristine condition, However, in the rare occasion you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, with a photo & explanation of the issue & upon inspection, we will organise a replacement with an easy return of the item.
All crystals are hand picked, each with their own unique energy for you.
Each piece will vary slightly from the image on the website.
Crystals are selected for connection to you and their frequency ,we cannot exchange for a different piece due to change of mind.
The jewellery and crystals are delicate and should be handled, stored and cleaned carefully.
Please refer to our care and maintenance for more details on how to care for your crystals and jewels.
All refunds or exchanges need to be approved - stretches links on chain indicate pulling or being caught in an object and do not qualify as a manufacturing fault.
note - crystals do not break on their own, they are usually knocked or dropped; which can cause chips and breakages in the crystals .Please be mindful this is not included in our warranty, although replacement crystals can be offered for a fee.
we do not refund postage on returns. Please note you are required to send the piece back to us at your cost, please ensure you use a padded mailer and return the item in original condition.
