All ISHK jewels are made with the highest quality materials. Each and every treasure is handmade, so you can expect subtle differences between each piece depending on stamping technique, crystals and wire wrapping. You can be assured you are truly receiving a unique treasure and that no two pieces are alike.
All made to order is personally handmade by me.

I use 14k gold fill, 14k rose gold fill and 925 sterling silver in all my handmade pieces. Gold fill is an extremely durable metal and will last a lifetime if cared for correctly. Unlike gold plated jewellery, gold fill will not tarnish, fade, blacken or rust.
Gold fill is a base metal with a very thin layer of solid gold over the top that acts like a pure solid gold. Your pieces can be worn daily and may be exposed to water without affecting the finish. To clean the gold fill, you should use a soft jewellery polishing cloth regularly
Sterling silver, by nature, is a sensitive metal when exposed to the elements. It will change colour if it is not stored correctly in your ISHK bag or an airtight container, however, can be brought back to its original sheen with a soft jewellery polishing cloth. The more sterling silver is worn, the better it maintains its colour and lustre due to the oils in our skin
Ishk rings are made in 14k gold vermeil and 14k rose gold vermeil unless specified otherwise. Gold vermeil is solid sterling silver with a layer of solid gold over the top.
Gold vermeil should be stored in airtight containers or the ISHK muslin bag when not in use. Only use a soft polish cloth on gold vermeil to avoid removing the gold/rose gold. Do not swim in gold vermeil and avoid showering or exposing it to moisture. It is natural for gold vermeil to tarnish with time and reveal the sterling silver base, but this is part of its character.
I hand select most of my crystals and try to select unique pieces that I am particularly drawn too. I love crystals that are not well known and in their raw state. Most of the pieces are rare, one-off pieces.
Crystals are produced by our mother earth and no two are the same. Please accept their differences and unique characteristics, inclusions and different shapes and embrace them as part of the natural crystal.
All crystals and gemstones are authentic and sourced from ethical, reputable suppliers. I only use genuine gemstones and crystals and do not compromise on quality
All precious diamonds are genuine and will come with an authentic certification.
Repairs can be made to most items upon assessment. If a repair is required due to wear and tear, this will incur a repair fee which will be determined by the nature of the repair. Please be aware you will be responsible for postage back to ISHK.
Should your jewels need repair due to a manufacturing fault, this will be completed free of charge and mailed back to you.
Please also note that a once piece has been hand-stamped, it cannot be changed or amended.
Jewels are such a personal piece, once your piece has been worn, it cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
I want you to love your jewels as much as I love creating them for you. I don’t particularly like including all the technical information above but it’s a necessity.
I am a soul that designs and creates from the heart, every single piece is important to me, so for whatever reason if you are not happy with you treasure, I welcome your feedback and will do whatever I can to create you a piece that you can truly resonate with.
When you choose your crystals, choose what you are drawn to, let your heart guide you and don’t think too much. Trust your intuition. If you need any guidance on any of my pieces, I would love to hear from you
With love and light
