Shipping & Returns
Our jewels are created by hand with intention especially for you.
Most of our pieces are customized, so please be patient while we lovingly hand weave your piece into existence.
The time it takes to create an order is 7 days.
All our local and international orders are sent via express post through Australia Post.
We offer free shipping on orders over $120 within Australia.
Shipping Rates within Australia for orders under $120 are $10 Express Post
International Shipping is $20 AUD flat rate express post.
If you change your mind about your piece, Ishk Jewels will happily offer a gift card to the amount of your purchase or refund of 100% excluding any shipping costs that Ishk has already incurred.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your piece.
To organise a return, please contact us at email@example.com, we will then advise the next steps to take.
We will not accept pieces that
- Are not in its original packaging or condition.
- Earrings due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns
- If the piece is custom stamped
- If the items are returned outside our time frame
- We cannot refund AFTERPAY, however we will offer a gift card. This is due to the cost we incur for the offering of these services
- no refunds on sale products
- If an order is cancelled, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee
- All returns or refund requests MUST be addressed in a separate email (not an email trail) and include your order number
- ISHK jewels is not responsible to shipping costs for change of mind, or costs incurred to us for credit card transactions or PayPal transactions
- Cancelled orders maut be emailed and include the order number and reason for cancellation, if the order has been sent, we will not reimburse shipping costs back to ishk jewels.
